Dr. George Eskander

PT, DPT

I grew up in East Brunswick, NJ. I went to Rutgers University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Exercise Science. Eager to deepen my expertise, I continued my studies at the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences. There, I had the opportunity to learn from some of the leading experts in the field and earned my Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy. These experiences have greatly influenced my approach and dedication to the world of health sciences.

I was a Director of an orthopedic clinic in Old Bridge, NJ before opening my own practice.

My core values are integrity, honesty, hard work, and respect. I believe in always doing the right thing, being truthful and transparent, putting in the effort needed to achieve excellence, and treating everyone with the respect they deserve. These principles guide my actions and decisions, both personally and professionally, and are the foundation of my commitment to making a positive impact in everything I do.

As a physical therapist, I find great satisfaction in fixing and treating a wide range of orthopedic sports conditions, with a particular focus on the spine and extremities. I am the owner and operator of Vitalize Physical Therapy, where I am dedicated to treating patients with the utmost care. I love working and operating my physical therapy practice because it allows me to run it like a family business. My passion lies in treating each patient like a member of my own family, rather than just a number. This personal approach ensures that every individual receives the care, attention, and respect they deserve, fostering a warm and supportive environment for healing and growth.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. I have a deep appreciation for nature and love exploring new places. Traveling allows me to experience different cultures and landscapes, which enriches my life and brings me joy.

Best Place EVER!! Honestly I could not have been happier with my experience here at Vitalize. Dr. George really takes the time to know each individual patient personally & really pay attention to the injury you bring to him. I was 2 days post-op, he took the time to make sure I was ok during my visits. I am 9 weeks post op and could not have been walking without the help of Dr. George. The improvement I have made has been such a big impact on my life. Not only am I his patient but I also brought 2 more family members because he is that amazing of a PT doctor. If you need PT I highly recommend Dr. George. He will make your experience like no other. Thank you Dr. George and your team for always making me feel welcome & putting a smile on my face when I walk in and out.

I have been suffering from lower back pain for a very long time. This chronic pain periodically flares up during which the back becomes very painful for months. The only place and person that has been able to make this pain go away is Vitalize Physical Therapy and George in particular. I am very impressed and appreciative. I give George & Vitalize Physical Therapy my highest recommendation.

Dr. George was a great PT for me. He sits with you when you first come in and attentively listens to any pains you’ve been experiencing. I went diagnosed with carpal tunnel, but didn’t think I had it; after my first session with Dr. George we realized it was cubital tunnel (elbow) and everything fell into place. I was glad that he listened and he set attainable goals we could work towards week to week along with exercises I could do at home. After about a month with him, I’m feeling a lot better.
